Keiichi Morisato is looking forward to university life. But in reality, he has no luck in anything, and he has trouble with clubs, love, etc. The truth is that he has an unlucky star above his head. The story centers on Keiichi Morisato, initially a college student who is fond of motorcycles. One day, Keiichi accidentally calls a "goddess tech helpline", trying to order food delivery. And the beautiful goddess Belldandy appears behind him, offering him a wish. Assuming it's a joke, Keiichi wishes for Belldandy (whom he finds very attractive) to stay with him forever, and his wish is immediately granted. This is complicated when Belldandy's sisters, Urd and Skuld, move in with them, bringing them even more trouble.

Keiichi receives a call from God informing him that he must bring his goddess Belldandy back to the Heavenly Realm. Before parting ways, Keiichi and Belldandy decide to make the most of their remaining time and embark on one last romantic date. But will it truly be their last?
